2.\nAward of Professional Consultant Services Agreement for Engineer of Record to DTA\nPublic Finance Inc.\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a Professional Services Agreement to DTA Public Finance, Inc., dba DTA, to\nprovide Engineer of Record services for a not-to-exceed amount of $55,860 for an\ninitial three-year term, retroactive to November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2028,\nwith the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year periods; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement with DTA, and any\nextensions or amendments thereto, subject to review by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report.docx\nAttachment No. 1 – Professional Services Agreement with DTA Public
