8.\nAward of Contract to Estate Design and Construction for Construction of the “Water\nFacilities - Water Resources Building Site and Street Improvements” Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the categorical exemption from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15301 and\n15302; and,\n2) Approve an agreement with Estate Design and Construction (DNC) in the amount of\n$753,368 with 20% contingency for “Water Facilities - Water Resources Building Site\nand Street Improvements,” Project No. 528-2590-XXXXX-95089; and,\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City and any\nsubsequent documents or amendments subject to approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.\nAward to Estate Design Construction Inc_\nAttachment No. 1 - Estate Design and Construction_PW Contract 12.08
