10) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR\nDESIGN SERVICES FOR THE PACOIMA WASH CONNECTIVITY PROJECT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Contract to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (Contract No.\n2470) for design services such as High-Intensity Activated Crosswalks at Glenoaks Boulevard\nand Fifth Street crossings, irrigation, landscaping, fence upgrades, pedestrian lights,\nbenches, and park and bikeway monuments for the Pacoima Wash Connectivity Project, in\nan amount not-to-exceed $349,440; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\ncontract and all related documents.
