5)\nCONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONDITIONAL CALHOME GRANT\nAWARD FROM THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT AND AUTHORIZE RELATED AGREEMENTS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8425 accepting a conditional award of $5,000,000 in CalHome grant\nfunds from the California Department of Housing and Community Development under the\n2024 Homeownership Super Notice of Funding Availability, CalHome Program, Round 2;\nand\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Standard Agreement and any\nsubsequent amendments or modifications thereto, as well as any other documents\nrequired by HCD for participation in the CalHome Program.
