6. AMENDMENTS\nTO\nTHE\nBARSTOW\nMANAGEMENT\nEMPLOYEES\nASSOCIATION\nMEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING 22/25, AND CORRECTION TO THE CITY OF\nBARSTOW AND TEAMSTERS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR CONTRACT\nTERM 25/26\nRecommended Action:\n1. Staff is recommending Council approve to amend and add the classifications listed above\nand the language regarding the six percent for all employees hired prior to July 1, 2010 to the\nMemorandum of Understanding between The City of Barstow and The Barstow Management\nEmployees' Association for contract term 22/26,\n2. Staff is also recommending to amend the Memorandum of Understanding between The City\nof Barstow and Teamsters Local 1932 for the contract term of 25/26 by adding the language\nabove to Article 28: UNIFORMS, SAFETY BOOTS, AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
