4.F. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MARK THOMAS & COMPANY, INC. TO PREPARE\nAND SUBMIT ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM CYCLE 8 GRANT APPLICATIONS\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Mark\nThomas & Company, Inc. (Mark Thomas) in the amount of $44,965 to prepare and submit\nActive Transportation Program Cycle 8 Grant applications; 2) Authorize the City Manager and\nCity Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; 3) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and, 4) Appropriate $44,965 from\nthe Undesignated Gas Tax Fund for this purpose.
