Approve an amendment of Professional Services Agreement between the City of Lancaster\nand Ronald Chatters, III to increase contract amount by $40,000 to complete implementation\nof the Administrative Citation Program.\n2. Find that the California Environmental Quality Act does not apply to this item.\nIn August, staff began working to develop the implementation of the Administrative Citation\nprogram. Ronald Chatters, III was selected as a consultant to assist with creating policies and\nprocedures for the Administrative Citation program.
