SUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT\nSCHEDULE (ROPS 26-27) AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD FROM JULY 1,\n2026, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the Recognized Obligation Payment\nSchedule (ROPS 26-27) for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; 2) Adopt a\nresolution approving an administrative budget from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and, 3)\nForward ROPS 26-27 to the Countywide Oversight Board and State Department of Finance for\nreview and approval.
