7.\nCONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\nBETWEEN THE CITY AND SERVICE EMPLOYEES’ INTERNATIONAL UNION, LOCAL 721\nStaff Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: (1) approve the salary ranges; (2) adopt\nResolution No. 26-5966 approving the MOU with the SEIU for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30,\n2028; and (3) approve Resolution No. 26-5967 rescinding Resolution No. 25-5945 and amending the\ncomprehensive personnel system and establishing the number of authorized full-time positions and monthly\nranges for City employees.
