(Successor Agenda to the Bell\nCommunity Redevelopment Agency)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Members of the Successor Agency approve\nthe Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (“ROPS”) for the 2026-27 Fiscal Period of July\n1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and the Administrative Budget for the 2026-27 Fiscal Period with\nthe attached documents for submission to the Oversight Board for further approval on January\n20, 2026 and authorization to transmit to the California Department of Finance under\ndissolution law by February 1, 2026.
