Professional Services Agreement with ADP, LLC for Payroll Processing, Human Resources\nInformation System (HRIS), Compliance Reporting, and Related Services; and\nDiscontinuation of the Springbrook HR/Payroll Module. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with ADP, LLC to provide payroll\nprocessing, HRIS, compliance reporting, timekeeping, and related services for the City\nof Bell.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, subject to final review and\napproval by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize the discontinuation of the Springbrook HR/Payroll module due to system\nobsolescence and future compliance limitations.
