E.\nFederal Legislative Advocacy Days – Washington, DC The City’s Federal\nlobbyist David Turch & Associates is coordinating Federal lobby days for\nmembers of the City Council and City staff potentially in February, March,\nJune, and/or September 2026. Visiting while representatives are in\nsession provides the maximum opportunity to meet with them face-to-\nface. The intent is to conduct meetings to discuss topics on\nTransportation, Public Safety, Affordable Housing, Economic\nDevelopment, and various issues affecting the City of Rosemead.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the attendance, at City\nexpense, of any Council Member and City staff interested in attending Federal\nLegislative Advocacy Days in Washington, DC, potentially in February, March,\nJune, and/or September 2026.\nStaff Report
