6.9\nAPPROVAL OF ADDENDUM NUMBER TWO (2) TO THE JOINT USE\nAGREEMENT WITH THE LEWIS CENTER FOR EDUCATIONAL\nRESEARCH ACADEMY FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE TO COMPLY\nWITH UPDATED EDUCATION CODE REQUIREMENTS\n67\nApprove the second (2nd) addendum to the Joint Use Agreement with\nthe Lewis Center for Educational Research Academy for Excellence. The\naddendum updates procedures requiring the Town to notify the Lewis\nCenter for Educational Research Academy for Excellence by the next\nworking day of any health or safety concerns, criminal matters involving\nstaff, or building safety issues. It also reflects an increase in program\nfees to account for rising operational costs set forth in the original Joint\nUse Agreement.
