Open the Public Hearing;\n2. Hear the Staff Report;\n3. Solicit input relative to the FY 2026-27 (52nd Year) CDBG Program;\n4. Close the Public Hearing;\n5. Adopt Resolution No. 26-01, approving the 2026-27 (52nd Year) CDBG\nProgram as follows:\na. Housing Rehabilitation ($192,439.30)\nb. Senior Activities ($18,104.70) and\n6. Authorize the City Manager or designee to prepare, execute, and submit the\nPlanning Summary, Agreements, and all required documents for the 2026-27\n(52nd Year) CDBG Program to the Los Angeles County Development\nAuthority (LACDA)
