3.7\nResolution Authorizing Issuance of Special Tax Bonds, Series 2026 for\nCommunity Facilities District No. 2023-1 (Avalino)\nPresented By: Adam Jantz , Administrative Services Department\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026 - ____\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR,\nCALIFORNIA, ACTING AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF COMMUNITY\nFACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2023-1 (AVALINO) OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR\nAUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ITS SPECIAL TAX BONDS, SERIES 2026 IN\nA PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE MILLION DOLLARS\n($12,000,000) AND APPROVING CERTAIN DOCUMENTS AND TAKING\nCERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH\n2. Authorize the issuance of the Community Facilities District 2023-1 (Avalino)\nSpecial Tax Bonds, Series 2026 in an aggregate principal not to exceed\n$12,000,000 under certain parameters defined in the Resolution\n3. Approve the form of the Financing Documents including the Indenture, the Bond\nPurchase Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Certificate and the Preliminary\nOfficial Statement.\n4. Authorize the City Manager and Finance Manager, or designees, to execute all\ndocuments related to the issuance of the Special Tax Bonds for Community\nFacilities District No. 2023-1 (Avalino) and the ability to make minor changes to\nthese documents as required to carry out the financing.\nThis is the opportunity for the City Council to report on city and regional committees and community\nevents.
