APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1 WITH DYNAMIC\nBUILDING MAINTENANCE FOR PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES EXTENDING THE TERM THROUGH APRIL 30, 2024.\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to\nthe agreement with Dynamic Building Maintenance, and authorize the Acting City\nManager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City. If Council concurs an\nappropriate motion would be:“I move to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Maintenance Services Agreement with Dynamic Building Maintenance,\nextending the term through April 30, 2024, and authorize the Acting City Manager to\nexecute the amendment on behalf of the City.”
