The term of the agreement has been extended through December 31, 2026.\nRecommendation: Staff recommend the City Council approve Amendment No. 3 with\nDudek extending the term of the Professional Design Services Agreement through\nDecember 31, 2026. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 3 with Dudek extending the term of the\nProfessional Design Services Agreement for the Culvert Replacement Program\nthrough December 31, 2026, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment on behalf of the City.”
