AUTHORIZATION TO DISPOSE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY BY PUBLIC\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council waive the Special Event\nPermit fees associated with the 4th of July Pavilion, 4th of July Parade, and the JP\nBlecksmith Run. If the City Council agrees with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be: “I move to waive the Special Event Permit fees, City\nspace rental fees, and staff time fees associated with the 4th of July Pavilion, 4th of\nJuly Parade, and the JP Blecksmith Run.”
