APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code\nSection 62.132, the Street Banner program coordinated by the\nHarbor Department as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street\nBanner Program for the period of January 1, 2026 through\nNovember 30, 2026.\n2. APPROVE the content of the street banner design, attached to\nthe Motion.
