Prepare and present an ordinance that requires members of the\nCharter Reform Commission to disclose all ex parte\ncommunications between Commissioners and elected officials\nand their staff, similar to the ex parte communications provision\noutlined in LAAC Section 2.22.\nb. Prepare a policy that addresses the implications of not\ncompleting the disclosure form or completing it incorrectly,\nentities that may prosecute misdemeanors for violations of the\nLos Angeles Municipal Code in relation to disclosure of ex parte\ncommunications, the prospective application, and the provision\nof administrative relief for Charter Reform Commissioners.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
