(27)\n26-0023\nMOTION (PRICE - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to a Supplemental City\nServices Agreement with the Los Angeles Clippers, LLC for the 2026\nNBA All-Star Fan Experience Event.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief\nLegislative Analyst to negotiate a contract between the City and\nthe Clippers to provide supplemental City services for the NBA\nAll-Star Fan Experience Event, and that the Clippers pay for full\nreimbursement of all provided supplemental City services, in\naccordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.20.1\n(c) Events at Major Sports and Entertainment Venues.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Council the use of supplemental Police law\nenforcement services to support the Clippers during the NBA\nAll-Star Fan Experience Event, with full reimbursement of Police\nlaw enforcement services, in accordance with California\nGovernment Code section 53069.8.\n3. AUTHORIZE the CAO to execute and administer the contract\nbetween the City and Clippers for the above supplemental City\nservices, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form\nand legality.
