(24)\n26-0019\nCD 1\nMOTION (HERNANDEZ - HUTT) relative to funding for the “Chinatown\nMobile Laundry Truck” program in Council District 1.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Housing\nDepartment (LAHD), to amend and restate the Los Angeles\nHomeless Services Authority FY 2025-26 General Funds\nHomeless Shelter Services Professional Services Agreement to\nadd $250,000 for the “Chinatown Mobile Laundry Truck”\nprogram in Council District 1 from July 1, 2025 through June 30,\n2026 (Contract No. C-202650).\n2. TRANSFER $250,000 from the Council District (CD) 1 Public\nBenefits Trust Fund Account No. 2025/889/14/14A0025 to the\nLAHD Fund No. 10A/43, Account No. (TBD), CD 1 Laundry\nTruck Program.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Chief Legislative Analyst to make technical\nadjustments that may be required and are consistent with this\naction; and, AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement these\ninstructions.
