(30)\n26-0027\nMOTION (PRICE - HUTT) relative to funding any aspect of Black\nHistory Month Celebration.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. UTILIZE $50,000 in the Council's portion of the Heritage Month\nCelebration & Special Events line item in the General City\nPurposes Fund No. 100/56 to fund any aspect of Black History\nMonth Celebration.\n2. DIRECT the City Clerk to prepare and process the necessary\ndocuments and/or payment in the above purpose, directly with\nthe vendor/service provider, or any other appropriate agency or\norganization, in the above amount, for the above purpose,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form, if\nneeded; and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute any\nsuch documents on behalf of the City.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any technical correction or\nclarifications to the above instructions in order to effectuate the\nintent of this Motion.
