11. STAFF ORAL COMMENTS\nComments:\nOn December 22, 2025, the City conducted a public bid opening for the Lynwood\nNatatorium Pool Resurfacing Project. Following evaluation of the bids received, staff\ndetermined that National Pools, Inc. is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.\nStaff recommends that City Council award a construction contract to National Pools, Inc.\nin the amount of $229,500 for the Lynwood Natatorium Pool Resurfacing Project (CIP\nProject No. 4011.68.113) and authorize execution of the agreement to proceed with this\nessential facility improvement. (PW)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A\nCONTRACT TO NATIONAL POOLS, INC.
