A.\nDiscussion of Garvey Avenue Bridge Banner Program The City of\nRosemead does not currently have a formal banner program for the\nGarvey Avenue Bridge. At a previous meeting staff was directed to bring\nideas for a program to the Council for discussion.  Staff have interest in\nutilizing banner displays at this prominent location to promote community\npride, and seasonal messaging.  The Garvey Avenue Bridge offers a\ncentralized and impactful location for such displays should City Council\n\nwish to pursue a formalized program.\nRecommendation: That the City Council discuss and provide further direction\nto City staff.\nStaff Report
