12) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH IGNITE THE\nLIGHT OF HOPE FOUNDATION FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Ignite the Light of Hope Foundation\n(Contract No. 2476) to continue food distributions through an amended scope, and to\nprovide related fundraising support; and\nb.
