10) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ENTERPRISE FLEET MANAGEMENT\nFOR THIRTEEN VEHICLES, ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS, APPROVE A\nPURCHASE ORDER FOR POLICE K-9 VEHICLE OUTFITTING, AND APPROVE DISPOSITION OF\nSURPLUS CITY-OWNED VEHICLES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve Lease Agreements with Enterprise Fleet Management (Contract No. 2469) through\nMaster Equity Lease Agreement through Sourcewell’s Cooperative Purchasing Program\nContract No. 030122-EFM for the replacement of twelve aging Public Works Vehicles for\nthe Operations Division and one new vehicle to be used citywide;\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order with Enterprise Fleet Management\nin an amount not to exceed $439,251 for the annual lease of twelve Public Works vehicles\nfor the Public Works Operations Divisions and one vehicle for all city use;\nc. Approve a five percent contingency up to approximately $21,963 for any additional cost\ndue to unforeseen vehicle lease related costs;\nd. Approve the cost of installation of a required 2-way emergency radio equipment for the\nvehicles in an amount not to exceed $9,000 through an existing purchase order with\nBearcom Inc.;\ne. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order with Dana Safety Supply Inc. in a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $32,000 for the Police K-9 unit to cover outfitting and additional\nequipment necessary to place the vehicle into full operational service;\nf. Adopt Resolution No. 8424 appropriating $502,214 from the Equipment/Vehicle\nMaintenance fund for all associated fleet costs including the lease agreement with\nEnterprise Fleet Management for thirteen vehicles, associated contingency, emergency\nequipment, and K9 vehicle outfitting costs;\ng. Declare vehicles that are to be replaced as surplus and authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to dispose of the 12 surplus City-owned Public Works Vehicles being replaced, in\naccordance with Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 7, of the San Fernando Municipal Code\n(SFMC Sec. 2-852.); and\nh. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make any non-substantive changes and execute\nthe Agreement and all related documents.

11) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST OF $12,293.36 FROM THE MALL\nASSOCIATION FOR MARKETING SERVICES PROVIDED BY YEAH, WE GET IT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve Reimbursement Request No. 2 in the amount of $12,293.36 from the Mall\nAssociation for marketing services provided by Yeah, We Get It, in accordance with the\nagreement between the City and the Mall Association (Contract No. 768,); and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to issue payment directly to Yeah, We Get It.
