15. Consideration of Resolution No. 26-006, Accepting the Unanimous Approval of the\nProperty Owner and Annexing the Pollo Campero Development into Community\nFacilities District No. 2024-01 (Annexation No. 3)\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 26-006, to accept the unanimous approval of the\nlandowners and make the findings necessary to annex Parcel No. 3093-182-09-\n0000 into Community Facilities District No. 2024-01 of the City of Victorville\n(Municipal Services); and\n(2) To order the levy of Special Taxes to pay for municipal services and\nmaintenance of certain facilities associated with the Pollo Campero Development\n(Annexation No. 3).
