18. ​Cooperative Agreement with the County of San Bernardino for the Ridgecrest Road\nat Bluff Crest Street and Vista Point Drive Traffic Signal Project\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve entry into a Cooperative Agreement with the County of San Bernardino\nto jointly participate in a project installing offset traffic signals at the Ridgecrest\nRoad intersections with Bluff Crest Street and Vista Point Drive; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make non-substantive changes\nand clarifications to the Cooperative Agreement.
