REAFFIRM the FINDINGS of August 2, 2023, that the vacation\nof Calada Street from South of Union Pacific Avenue to its\nsoutherly terminus (Vacation), pursuant to the City of Los\nAngeles Environmental Guidelines, is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act of 1970, pursuant to Article\nIII, Class 5(3) of the City of Los Angeles Environmental\nGuidelines.\n2. REAFFIRM the FINDINGS of August 2, 2023, that the Vacation\nis in substantial conformance with the General Plan pursuant to\nSection 556 of the Los Angeles City Charter.\n3. ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION TO VACATE No. 25-\n1401423 for the Vacation.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the City Engineer.\nNeither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative\nAnalyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
