8I.\nAmendment No. 6 to the Civic Solutions, Inc. contract agreement for continued\ncontractual planner support through the end of Fiscal Year 2025-26.\nEnvironmental Considerations: The action being considered by the City\nCouncil is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it is not a\n"project" as defined in Section 15378(b)(5).
