4.  PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE: AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF A DEDICATED TRACKING/TRAILING\nCANINE FROM\nTHE PASADENA POLICE FOUNDATION (PPD)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)       Find that the action proposed in the agenda report is not a “project” subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State\nCEQA\nGuidelines Section 21065 and within the meaning of Section 15378(b); and\n(2)       Authorize the City Manager to accept the donation of a dedicated tracking/trailing canine from the Pasadena Police Foundation.
