6.    AUTHORIZE THE CITY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO CITY CONTRACT NO. 33137 WITH OIR GROUP LLC FOR\nINDEPENDENT\nPOLICE AUDITOR SERVICES, TO INCREASE THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT BY $350,000 AND EXTEND THE CONTRACT TERM BY TWO\nYEARS (Office of the City Attorney)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)       Find that the action proposed agenda report is not a "project" subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State\nCEQA\nGuidelines Section 21065 and within the meaning of Section 15378(b);\n(2)       Authorize the City Attorney to execute an amendment to City Contract No. 33137 with OIR Group, LLC for independent police auditor services,\nto increase\nthe contract amount by $350,000, and to extend the contract term by two years: and\n(3)       To the extent this could be considered a separate procurement subject to the Competitive Selection Process, it is recommended that the City\nCouncil grant\nthe contract an exemption pursuant to Pasadena Municipal Code (PMC) Section 4.08.049(B), contracts for which the City’s best interests are served.
