4.J. CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL PAYMENT TO NOR-CAL PUMP & DRILLING, INC. FOR THE PEAK\nPARK WATER WELL DRILLING PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Change Order No. 1 to Nor-Cal Pump & Well Drilling for\nthe Peak Park Water Well Drilling Project in the amount of $116,332.65 for changes in\nconstruction materials and additional services; 2) Accept the project as complete and approve\na final payment to Nor-Cal Pump & Well Drilling, Inc. in the amount of $141,391.02 which\nincludes Change Order No. 1; and, 3) Direct the Public Works Department to file a Notice of\nCompletion.
