9F.\nFIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE STANTON FAMILY RESOURCE\nCENTER UNDER THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES\nTOGETHER (FACT) PROGRAM\nThe City Council will consider approving the First Amendment to the Agreement for\nFamily Resource Center Services to allow the County of Orange to add two additional\nFamily Resource Centers to the Families and Communities Together platform. The\namendment updates aggregate funding authority and administrative provisions and does\nnot change the service delivery model or budget allocation for the Stanton Family\nResource Center.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this item is not subject to the California Environmental Quality\nAct (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n2. Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for Family Resource Center Services\nwith the County of Orange Social Services Agency; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to bind the City of Stanton in an amended agreement with\nthe County of Orange Social Services Agency to provide Family Resource Center\nservices.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
