10.\nApprove Microsoft as sole source provider of Microsoft Software and Office 365 User\nLicensing; find exception to bidding procedures to allow the City to contract without usual\ncompetitive bidding process per Chino Hills Municipal Code (CHMC) 3.18.050.F because\nCrayon Software Experts, LLC has an existing cooperative contract through County of\nRiverside, contract #ITARC-00931, and the contracting process is substantially similar to\nprovisions of CHMC Chapter 3.18 - Contracting System; and authorize City Manager to\nexecute contracts and documentation with Crayon Software Experts, LLC in amount not-to-\nexceed $291,929.35 for three-year term for additional purchase of Microsoft Software and\nOffice 365 User Licensing to accommodate storage and staff growth
