13.\nReview and file update to City Hall Fire emergency declaration in accordance with Public\nConstruction Code 22050 and continue to authorize City Manager to negotiate and execute\nall necessary agreements related to repair and restoration of City Hall under Chino Hills\nMunicipal Code 2.08.065.A.1 on an emergency basis; determine by four-fifths vote, the\nneed to continue City Manager's authority under Public Construction Code 22050 to repair\nCity Hall and procure necessary equipment, services, and supplies for these purposes,\nwithout giving notice for bids to let contracts, due to continued existence of local emergency\ncaused by City Hall fire and flooding; and appropriate $60,000 from General Fund for\nadditional cubicle work\nPUBLIC HEARING - This portion of the City Council Agenda is for all matters that legally require an\nopportunity for public input.  Please complete and submit a speaker card to the City Clerk.\nComments will be limited to three minutes per speaker.
