12.\nReport Back in Options for the Development and/or Disposition of 252 E. 4th Street\nProperty\nIt is recommended that the City Council discuss options related to the development or\ndisposition of the property located at 252 E. 4th Street, Pomona, CA 91766 and provide\ndirection to staff.
