9. Consideration and Selection of an Executive Recruitment Firm for the City Manager\nPosition\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1.) Review and discuss this report regarding\nprofessional executive recruitment services; 2.) Provide direction to staff regarding City\nCouncil’s selection of a firm to conduct executive recruitment services for the City Manager\nposition; and 3.) Authorize staff to execute a professional contract services agreement with the\nselected firm, in a form approved by the City Attorney’s Office; or 3.) Provide other direction\nas appropriate.
