Review and approve the 2026 Legislative Platform;\nb. Review and approve or approve with modification of the 2026 Legislative Appropriation\nRequests; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to take certain related actions as provided Legislative Advocacy\nPolicy and submit appropriation requests on behalf of the City.
