5)\nCONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO MARIPOSA\nLANDSCAPING INC. FOR WATER FACILITIES AND CITY EASEMENT LANDSCAPE SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Mariposa Landscaping Inc. (Contract No. 2472)\nfor Water Facilities and City Easement Landscape Services, at an initial not-to-exceed rate\nof $43,080 with annual consumer price index adjustments up to a three percent increase\nbased on current CPI increase, for a term of three years with two optional 1-year\nextensions;\nb. Authorize the City Manager to approve a contingency amount not to exceed $6,462\n(approximately 15% of the contract amount) for any unforeseen or additional related\nservices; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe agreement and all related documents.
