Approve the Fourth Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with LSA Associates, Inc. (“LSA”) for\nEnvironmental Consulting Services Related to Environmental Impact\nReports (“EIRs”). 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest,\nthe Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with LSA\nsubstantially in the form attached. 3. Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE 2025-2027 OPERATING BUDGET;\nAMENDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26.
