2)\nCONSIDERATION OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH SAN GABRIEL\nVALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENT FOR HOMELESS PROGRAMS AND\nASSOCIATED BUDGET AMENDMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute a Memorandum of\nAgreement between the City of West Covina and the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments, in a form approved by the City Attorney;\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute related documents; and\n3. Adopt the following Resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-06 – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET\nAMENDMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2025 AND\nENDING JUNE 30, 2026 (SGV COG - MEASURE A)
