4.8 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CURRENT\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK, INC., FOR ON-CALL\nCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION CONSULTING SERVICES\n(Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 1 to the current Professional\nServices Agreement with Dudek, Inc., for On-Call Construction\nManagement and Inspection Consulting Services to extend the term\nof the current agreement for an additional (1) one year, through May\n25, 2024, and to increase the total maximum contract amount by\n$83,905 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $183,905; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 1 to\nthe On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Consulting\nServices with Dudek, Inc.\nItem No. 4.8
