ACCEPTANCE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP – 2025-0007) SUBMITTED BY KRGS\nFOR FIRE STATION #361 ROOF REPLACEMENT, AND APPROVAL OF SHORT FORM\nCONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH KRGS.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1.\nBased on overall scoring, qualifications, warranty provisions, and best-value considerations,\nstaff recommends awarding the Roof Replacement Contract to KRGS Roofing in the amount\nof $226,500, contingent upon final contract review and approval and;\n2.\nAuthorize the Fire District Administrator/City Manager to execute a Short Form Construction\nAgreement with KRGS Roofing for the amount of $260,475.00 (includes 15% contingency).
