16. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3855 WITH ULTIMATE MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES FOR INCREASED CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3855 with Ultimate Maintenance Services for Citywide\nCustodial Services increasing the scope of services and annual fee to an amount not-to-exceed\n$560,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the city; and\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget by increasing appropriations by $146,000 in Account No. 100-\n30-510-6040.35 (General Fund, Public Works, Facilities Maintenance, Custodial Services), and $54,000\nin Account No. 600-90-900-6040.35 (Transit Fund, Administration, Custodial Services); and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
