10.11\nFinal Map, Agreement, and Bonds for Tract Map 38128, Oakstone, by Richmond\nAmerican Homes of Maryland, Inc.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1.  Approve and authorize the filing of the final map for Tract Map 38128, Oakstone,\nby Richmond American Homes of Maryland, Inc., located south of McLaughlin\nRoad, east of Goetz Road, and west of Byers Road, and northeast of Valley\nBoulevard; and\n2.  Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Subdivision\nImprovement Agreement to guarantee completion of the required public\nimprovements associated with Tract Map 38128.
