19. APPROVAL OF BLANKET PURCHASE ORDERS WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR THE ON-GOING\nUSE OF SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize software solutions and services by Tyler Technologies, Inc. (Tyler) in an amount not-to-exceed\n$1,084,238 for the next three (3) years (Fiscal Years 2023-24 through 2025-26), and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
