11. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 23-25 DESIGNATING A PREFERENTIAL PARKING DISTRICT ALONG TOLA\nSTREET FROM MONTEBELLO BOULEVARD TO ITS WESTERLY TERMINUS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the designation of a Preferential Parking District and consider any\ntestimony received during the hearing; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-25 designating a Preferential Parking District (PPD) along Tola Street from\nMontebello Boulevard to its westerly terminus; and\n3.
