5.\nAuthorization to Publish a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Citywide Landscape Maintenance\nServices\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize Staff to publish a Request for Proposal for Professional Landscape Maintenance\nServices to commence in May 2026.; and\n2. Continue with the current landscape vendor to maintain existing contract sites until a new\ncontract is awarded (the City is currently negotiating the CIP increase).; and\n3.
